ContactSwap
Move contacts between Google and Outlook, with photos - Mac & Windows.
Switching from Gmail to Outlook, or the other way round? ContactSwap copies your contacts between Google and Outlook in either direction, photos included. It can also back up your Google or Outlook contacts to a file on your computer and restore them later.
Key features
- Copy contacts from Google to Outlook, from Outlook to Google, or between two accounts
- Contact photos come across too, at their original quality
- Back up your contacts to a .zip file and restore them to any account later
- Spot duplicates by email, phone or name, and choose to skip, replace, merge or keep both
- Labels, categories and Outlook folders carry across
- Details Outlook has no field for are kept in the contact's notes, and restored if you copy back to Google
- Undo replaced and merged contacts, and resume a copy that was interrupted
Your contacts stay yours
- Contacts go straight between your Google or Microsoft account and your computer. There is no ContactSwap server.
- ContactSwap asks Google and Microsoft for permission to read and write your contacts, because it needs both to copy them in and out. It doesn't access your email, calendar or files.
- No account to create, no ads and no tracking.
Availability
ContactSwap is coming soon for Windows and Mac, as a one-time purchase with no subscription.
